Tisha Jaye’s Dance Company

Mrs. Tisha J. Perry-

Congratulations to the 2024-2025 Company Dancers of Tisha Jaye’s Dance Company! I am so proud to grow and work with these talented young ladies over the next year!

Tisha Jaye’s Dance Company is the competitive dance program of The EducateDancer Studio. Members of Tisha Jaye’s Dance Company agree to the physical and financial obligation of extra rehearsals, training, and performances. This company is composed of 15-20 dancers who travel to perform and compete throughout the East coast.

PART I: TEAM’S MISSION & GUIDING PRINCIPALS

A) TEAM’S MISSION

Our mission is to transcend the boundaries of dance, embodying the spirit of passion, dedication, and unity. We strive to create an environment where each member can unleash their artistic expression, pushing the boundaries of creativity and excellence. We aim to showcase the culmination of our tireless rehearsals, disciplined training, and artistic exploration in every performance. We believe in the power of resilience and the transformative nature of the dance. We acknowledge that challenges will arise, but we confront them with grace, perseverance, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. We understand that winning is not everything, but we recognize it as a testament to our unwavering dedication and the manifestation of our collective effort. While trophies and accolades may symbolize success, our true victory lies in the growth, camaraderie, and self-discovery we experience as individuals and as a collective. We dance not merely to win but to present our best selves, embodying the dedication, artistry, and unity that define Tisha Jaye’s Dance Company.
